Catrina’s Bio

 

Catrina Ravenel aka Mineral Momma is a health advocate, author, and researcher. She is on a spiritual quest to guide the human family toward higher IQs, better health, and increased longevity. She gives a voice to Mother Nature like no other and has been a blessing as she empowers others with the wisdom to heal themselves naturally.

Catrina’s mission is to reach 2 billion men, women and children who suffer from preventable thyroid issues, preventable low IQs, and preventable health issues.

Catrina is a native of Detroit and lives in Georgia. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work and was trained in public health at the School of Aerospace Medicine. Catrina advocates that the medical complex system has a place, but it does NOT replace Mother Nature!

Catrina strongly advocates that generational intelligence and generational good health is our birthright that was hijacked and stolen.
